« The Gourmet Palace of Pas-de-Calais » At one hour from Touquet, between the Côte d'Opale and Belgium, The Château of Beaulieu spreads its elegant facades and its inside refined in a romantic park. An architectural beauty which hides one of the best tables of the region.

The Chef Marc Meurin pays tribute to the producers of Pas-de-Calais by working the scallop of Boulogne-sur-Mer, the bar of Etaples and the other fishes and the shellfishes of the North Sea - " because there is in these seas some streams which make fishes brave and which strengthen the quality of their flesh ".

You can taste his creations in both restaurants under window, and learn his kitchen knacks by participating in his cooking lessons.
